How we protect your documents, your data, and your trust.
We never share, sell, or use your uploaded documents for any purpose other than generating responses for you. Your proposals, RFPs, and generated responses belong entirely to your organization. All documents are encrypted at rest in AWS S3 using server-side encryption.
Every connection to RFP Genius Hub is encrypted with TLS/HTTPS — the same protection used by banks and healthcare systems. Your data is also encrypted at rest, meaning even stored files and database records are unreadable without the proper keys. Database connections use encrypted channels at all times.
RFP Genius Hub is built with multi-tenant architecture from the ground up. That means your organization's data is completely walled off from every other organization. No one outside your team can see your documents, proposals, or generated responses — not even other customers of the platform.
When you generate a response, your document content is sent to Anthropic's Claude API strictly for that purpose. Anthropic does not use API inputs to train their models — this is part of their commercial API terms. Your content is processed in real time and is not retained by the AI after your response is generated.
You are in full control of your data. Delete any document, proposal, or response at any time and it is permanently removed from our systems. Backups containing deleted data are purged within 30 days. We do not hold onto anything you've chosen to remove.
RFP Genius Hub runs on Amazon Web Services, one of the most trusted cloud platforms in the world. We apply regular security updates, use firewalls to restrict access to only necessary ports, and actively monitor our infrastructure. Our setup follows AWS security best practices.
We do not share your data with third parties, period. There are no analytics trackers watching your activity, no data brokers receiving your information, and no exceptions to this rule. Your data exists to serve you and only you.
